Issues in Japanese Policy (POGO8220)

Convened by Professor Shiro Armstrong, Issues in Japanese Policy exposes students to the key policy debates in Japan drawing upon strong academic expertise at ANU, and the expertise and experience of a range of top scholars and thinkers on Japan who join the course as guest lecturers. The course was launched in September 2016 and in 2017 became available to senior undergraduate students. 

 

Japanese Economy and Economic Policy (ECON 2108)

Convened by Professor Shiro Armstrong, Japanese Economy and Economic Policy is designed to introduce students to the operation and management of the Japanese economy and its impact on Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

 

The Economic Way Of Thinking (POGO8016)

Convened by Professor Shiro Armstrong, The Economic Way Of Thinking  aims to provide students with a solid understanding of basic (micro)economic principles and the ability to apply those tools and ideas.
