China Update Book Launch 2015
On Thursday 9th July 2015, the China Economy Program within the Crawford School, in collaboration with the Rio Tinto-ANU China Partnership, will launch the China Update Book: China’s Domestic Transformation in a Global Context, edited by Ross Garnaut, Ligang Song, Cai Fang and Lauren Johnston.. The book is published by ANU Press with the Chinese Social Sciences Academic Press publishing the Chinese language version.
This year’s book features contributions from the world’s leading academics, policy makers and government representatives who discuss the latest research on the Chinese economy. Over the years, the China Update Book has become Australia’s premier publication for in-depth discussion and analysis of the Chinese economy.

The Book launch will be an opportunity for the contributors, public servants, academics, students, corporate sector and others to meet and talk in a social setting. Light refreshments will be provided.

On 10th July 2015, the China Economy Program within the Crawford School, in collaboration with the Rio Tinto–ANU China Partnership, will present the fifteenth China Update. At this annual event, leading academics, policy makers and government representatives discuss the latest research on the Chinese economy. Over the years, the China Update has cemented its status as Australia’s premier forum for in-depth discussion and analysis of the Chinese economy.
The 2015 China Update will coincide with the launch of China’s Domestic Transformation in a Global Context, edited by Ross Garnaut, Ligang Song, Cai Fang and Lauren Johnston.” The book is published by ANU Press with the Chinese Social Sciences Academic Press publishing the Chinese language version.
