Event Speakers
David Bradbury
David Bradbury is an Honorary Professor of Taxation in the Tax and Transfer Policy Institute in the Australian National University’s Crawford School of Public Policy. He is Chair of the Board of Taxation.
Manal Corwin
Manal Corwin is Director of the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration. She previously led KPMG’s Washington National Tax Practice and served on its board. At the U.S. Treasury, she was International Tax Counsel and Deputy Assistant Secretary. She has played a key role in OECD BEPS work and holds degrees from Harvard and Boston University.
Benjamin Angel
Benjamin Angel is Director for Direct Taxation at DG TAXUD, European Commission. He has held senior roles across the Commission, including Director positions in taxation, treasury, and economic policy, and served in the cabinets of three Commissioners. He holds degrees from HEC Paris, Sciences Po, and Paris Assas, where he also completed a PhD in law.
Ian South
Ian South is Assistant Secretary of the International Tax Branch at the Australian Treasury, leading Australia’s international tax policy and engagement with the OECD and G20. He has broad experience across Treasury and central agencies, including as Australia’s G20 Sous Sherpa, and has worked at the IMF and as a senior adviser to the Treasurer.
