The Mini Indonesia Update brings leading experts to Adelaide for a free seminar on Indonesia’s economy, Islamic diversity, youth and public discourse, trade and investment.
About the Mini Indonesia Update
The Mini Indonesia Update brings key insights from the ANU Indonesia Project’s annual Indonesia Update conference to Adelaide. Held each September at the Australian National University, the Indonesia Update is the largest annual conference on Indonesian society outside Indonesia. Each year, it provides an authoritative assessment of key developments in Indonesia before exploring a major theme shaping contemporary Indonesian society. This year’s Mini Indonesia Update will examine recent developments in the Indonesian economy, alongside insights from the 2026 conference theme, Islamic diversity in Indonesia. The program will also explore youth and public discourse, and trade and investment, offering a timely overview of some of the economic, social and religious dynamics shaping Indonesia today.
The Institute for International Trade | Adelaide University is hosting the Mini Indonesia Update, Adelaide, a free public seminar with the ANU Indonesia Project.
