There has never been a better time to study national security. With threats and challenges rapidly evolving and multiplying, Australian governments, businesses and organisations are developing strategies with an outlook measured not in years, but decades.
With a Master of National Security Policy, you will gain a unique, in-depth understanding of the traditional and non-traditional security challenges that confront countries in Australia, the Indo-Pacific and the world. You’ll engage with world-leading scholars at the cutting edge of national security research, with the wider national security community, and with leaders in government, politics, business and NGOs in Australia and internationally.

The National Security College invites you to join us for our next graduate studies information session. The head of College, Professor Rory Medcalf and Academic Director, Associate Professor Matthew Sussex, will be on hand with other lecturers to outline our courses, explain the options and provide you with tailored advice. Current students and alumni will offer personal perspectives. We’ll work with you to explore which degree and combination of courses best suit your needs.

Join the network of experienced national security researchers, practitioners and policymakers in Australia’s capital. Applications for enrolment to study in 2nd semester close on 30 June.
