The COVID-19 vaccines roll outs around the world are bringing up a range of ethical issues. This webinar will look at three related ethical issues. First, we will discuss the ethical principles underpinning who gets prioritized for the COVID-19 vaccine in a domestic context, and what those principles mean for public health more generally. Second, we will look at the issues around international access and vaccine nationalism. Finally, we consider the ethics of policies that either require or ‘merely incentivize’ people to receive a vaccine.
