A recent study has concluded that on average, Asia would need to invest about US$750 billion annually to meet domestic and regional infrastructure needs over the period 2010 -2020. The APEC Business Advisory Council, in its 2009 Report to APEC Finance Ministers, underscored the huge potential of public-private partnership (PPP) to help meet these needs. Key issues of PPP will be discussed at this Forum.
