The East Asian Bureau of Economic Research (EABER) at the Australian National University, in partnership with the South Asian Bureau of Economic Research (SABER) would like to advise postgraduate students who are interested in observing the upcoming conference on Advancing Economic Integration in South and East Asia to register for invitation. Invitations to attend the conference as an observer will be issued on a first-come-first served basis.

The conference will involve high-level participation with a focus on thinking through important economic issues of practical relevance to economic policymakers in the region.

The conference will see the presentation of the papers on the issue of Advancing Economic Integration in South and East Asia, focusing on instituting efficient policy formation and structural reform.

The first day of the conference will focus on presentations by paper writers, and the second day will include a policy dialogue on the future challenges and goals of South and East Asia, its place in the G20, and its role in the international economic system.
