This workshop is an important occasion to present an interim report on the Social Resilience Project, which JANCPEC launched in order to explore how to make our society more robust and resilient against economic crises. In this workshop, we will hold five sessions: ?Pension System Research,? ?Medicare System Research,? ?Unemployment Insurance Research,? ?Macro Analysis,? and ?Toward a Low Carbon Society?.
We will open this workshop not only to specialists but also more widely to all concerned people, including PECC members. We welcome all of you to attend the workshop, vigorously join in the discussions, and then enlighten us from your perspectives.
