Finn Clarke is a Research Officer at the Development Policy Centre. He is a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) graduate from the ANU, where he specialised in development studies and political science. His research interests include foreign aid policy, the relationship between politics and development, and migration. Finn's work is varied: he is a member of the ANU-UPNG Partnership team, contributes to a range of research projects with a particular focus on Pacific migration, and provides support for the Centre's various events.
