Finn Clarke is a Research Assistant at the Development Policy Centre and an undergraduate student studying a Bachelor of Arts (honours) at the Australian National University. Finn majored in Development Studies, and will be conducting his honours research in 2025, applying theories of economic statecraft to Australia’s development policies in the Pacific.
