Jessie Lenson is a passionate advocate of social inclusion, diversity, wellbeing, and equity; driven by a desire to create positive social outcomes with the communities and businesses in which she works. As General Manager of Social Impact, she leads a large team of social practitioners across Australia and oversee Lendlease Australia’s Social Impact strategy across the Development, Construction, and Investment Management portfolio.

She started her professional career in the social housing sector in the UK where for over 10 years she experienced a range of roles in direct service provision (homelessness services, housing management) to housing research and policy. She has managed and established new teams and worked with senior executives in the financial, charity, social, and private sectors.

A career spanning countries and sectors has given her over 20 years of experience in Social Impact, Community Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Engagement, and Urban Regeneration.
