Ludgerus Daeng Seke Rosario da Gama, commonly known as Garry Rosario da Gama, is an Indonesian public policy professional and PhD candidate. He holds a Bachelor of Governmental Science from the Institute of Home Affairs (IPDN), earned in 2009, and a Master of Public Policy from The Australian National University, completed in 2020. His master’s degree was supported by the Australia Awards Scholarship (AAS), funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

Garry is currently pursuing his PhD, focusing on the impact of decentralisation on corruption and anti-corruption efforts in sub-national governance in Indonesia. His research examines how governance structures shape accountability and integrity at the local level.

He is also a recipient of the prestigious Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan/LPDP) scholarship for his doctoral studies. Garry has served in the Indonesian government since 2007, most recently as Head of Planning, Controlling, and Evaluating District Development in Sikka District, East Nusa Tenggara Province. His career reflects a strong commitment to strengthening governance and promoting accountability in public administration.
