Molly Saunders is a Visiting Fellow at the Department of Policy and Governance at the Crawford School of Public Policy, and a Research Associate at the University of New South Wales. She researches the socio-cultural dimensions of gender and disability in public policy, with a particular interest in feminist disability theory and inclusive research methodologies. 

Amongst other roles, Molly is co-leads the ANU Disability Research Network and is an Executive Committee member of The Australian Sociological Association. Prior to commencing her PhD, Molly worked as a lawyer and in various international and national human rights advocacy organisations.
