Ella is a Research Fellow on the ‘Calibrating Public Sector Governance’ research project, which is an international collaboration between ten universities based in seven different countries. The results from this project will be used to develop an international evidence-base on the ‘appropriateness of fit’ of different governance arrangements to the strategic environment in which senior executive managers operate at the Commonwealth level in Australia. Ella is also a Master of Public Policy student at the Crawford School, where she holds the Dr Claire Clark Scholarship, and a research officer for ‘Valuing the past, sustaining the future’, an international research project investigating education, knowledge and identity across three generations in coastal communities.
