Kalei Billings-Dugucanavanua joins APSC from Fiji and has over 10 years’ of development experience in the Pacific region.
Prior to joining APSC as a Program Coordinator, Kalei worked at various regional organisations in Pacific in the fields of project management, capacity development, human resources and administration.
Following a Bachelor of Economics and Management of Public Administration, Kalei also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Public Administration from the University of the South Pacific and a Masters of Pacific Development from the Australian National University.
She is passionate about the Pacific and looks forward to using her extensive experience in furthering development of the region.
