Rob Crispe commenced with the NSC in September 2019 on secondment from the Australian Federal Police (AFP). Rob’s varied AFP career has included senior leadership roles across both corporate and operational support functions, including learning and development, human resources, strategic policy, operational safety, high tech crime and corporate communications. He was also a senior advisor to the AFP Commissioner on key strategic policy and domestic law enforcement matters.
Prior to joining the AFP in 2005, Rob held management roles in academia, and prior to that he worked in the private sector specialising in online and digital communications.
Rob holds an Executive Master of Public Administration from the ANU, and postgraduate qualifications in Applied Management. He is a graduate of the Australia and New Zealand School of Government as well as the Australian Institute of Police Management.
