In this Policy Options Paper, the authors put forward options for Australia, France and India trilateral cooperation in the India Ocean. They outline four key areas of opportunity: regional disaster management arrangements; building an oil spill modelling and mitigation system; fisheries governance; and protection of undersea cables.
