If you would like to pursue roles in policymaking and research, this specialisation is for you. Regulation keeps us safe and protects our economies. With your critical understanding of regulation and governance in complex environments, you will be equipped to identify regulatory challenges and assess regulation performance.

By exploring the core theories and methodologies that influence the study of regulation and global governance, you will gain insight into the approaches used to shape regulation, the role of stakeholders in governance, decision-making procedures, and the impact of ideology from national and international perspectives.

The program will immerse you in contemporary issues, including international investment law, trade policy, intellectual property rights, health equity, and restorative justice. You will graduate with cross-disciplinary engagement skills in criminology, international relations, law, political science, public health, and sociology.
