Ivy Miao is the Centre Manager at the ANU Centre for Climate, Energy and Policy (CCEP). She oversees the Centre's operations, including finance, human resources, governance, events, and stakeholder engagement, supporting researchers and professional staff in delivering high-impact policy-relevant research.

Ivy completed both her Bachelor of Accounting and Business Information Systems and Master of Project Management at The Australian National University. Since joining ANU, she has held professional staff roles across the Human Resources Division, the College of Engineering, Computing and Cybernetics, and the College of Business and Economics, developing extensive experience in research administration, project management, and university operations.

With a strong interest in organisational effectiveness and collaboration, Ivy enjoys building relationships across the University and with external partners to support research excellence and strengthen engagement with government, industry, and the broader community.
