Hilda is currently a PhD candidate with the Crawford School of Public Policy, Public and Governance. She is interested in disability issues, especially policies that assist PWD in their everyday life as well as putting them in the position to contribute to national growth and development.

Topic description
My thesis would be doing a comparative study between Ghana and Australia on the partial level of implementation of their disability policies, taking into consideration their model of implementation and what could be accounting for the level of implementation.

Before joining the Crawford School as a PhD candidate, I have had the opportunity to work with Participatory Research Association as a Research, Learning and Evaluation Officer, who was part of a team in charge of the conduction of research in development and wellbeing issues in Ghana.
