Research Capacity-Building Bootcamps for Eastern Indonesian Academics

In 2024, with support from KONEKSI, the Project designed and delivered two specialised research capacity-building bootcamps for university academics in Eastern Indonesia. These intensive training programs were designed to enhance participants' research proficiency in the social sciences, equipping them with the skills to lead high-quality research that addresses critical regional challenges.

The bootcamps fostered a collaborative learning environment, promoting knowledge exchange between academics from Eastern Indonesia and Australia. Participants also had the opportunity to develop impactful research initiatives focused on pressing issues in their communities.

These bootcamps are part of our commitment to strengthening research excellence and collaboration, ensuring that academics in Eastern Indonesia are empowered to drive meaningful change through their work.
