To help comprehend the causes, consequences and policy implications of food deprivation and food insecurity, and the associated ‘supermarket revolution’, Crawford School launches the Food Policy Institute. A recognition of the critical significance for public policy, human dignity and health of research and policy involvement regarding the most essential of our needs.
