The East Asia Bureau of Economic Research, run from the Crawford School, along with the Korea National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation (KOPEC) and the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Jakarta, are hosting a workshop on ?The G20 2010, East Asia and Korea? in Seoul, 5 and 6 of November.
The group, led by Peter Drysdale (EABER, ANU), Hadi Soesastro (CSIS) and Soogil Young (KOPEC) will form the East Asia New Vision Group on the G20 and East Asia.
On the 5th of November the workshop will discuss East Asia?s Agenda for Structural Reform for Strong, Balanced and Sustainable Growth of the Global Economy: Guidelines for Assessment of Policy Frameworks.
There will be a public forum on the 6th of November which will be attended by the Korean G20 Summit Coordinating Committee Chairman Il Sakong.
The ANU will be represented by Peter Drysdale and Shiro Armstrong.
