Dr Dominique Dalla-Pozza is a Senior Lecturer with the ANU National Security College and ANU College of Law. Dominique was instrumental in building the National Security Law course (which she will convene in Semester 2, 2024), in the Masters of National Security Policy and Graduate Certificate of National Security Policy. She is also involved in NSC’s professional development programs.
Dominique’s research interests are primarily focused on parliament and the legislative process and Australian public law issues. She also teaches Australian Public Law and Commonwealth Constitutional Law, and assists in teaching Legislation and Legislative Drafting (for Masters students). In 2010 she completed her PhD titled ‘The Australian Approach to Enacting Counter-Terrorism Laws’.
Dominique is a former ACT Convenors of the Electoral Regulation Research Network (ERRN). She is a former editor of the Federal Law Review.
