Dr Carolyn Bull is seconded from the Office of National Intelligence, Australia’s peak intelligence agency, where she has worked in a range of senior analytical roles. Carolyn’s other professional experience spans diplomacy, international development and academic roles in Australia and internationally. She holds a PhD in Politics and undergraduate degrees in Asian Studies and Economics.
