Olivia is a Director in the Executive and Professional Development Program on secondment from the Department of Home Affairs. She joined the National Security College in July 2021 after a decade of working in national security and foreign policy roles in the Australian Government. Olivia has been a visiting scholar at the United States Senate and the Lowy Institute and a Fulbright Scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Master of Public Policy from the Australian National University.
