Leadership and governance

Crawford School has an Advisory Council and an Executive Committee.

The Advisory Council is made up of the School’s Director, plus leaders from the public service and business world. The Advisory Council’s role is to help Crawford realise its vision to be the pre-eminent policy school in the region and among the finest in the world.

The Executive Committee is made up of senior academic and professional staff and meets monthly.

The School’s Strategic Plan will guide its operations until 2023, and sets out a clear direction that emphasises focusing on and developing the School’s major strengths – world-class research, outstanding education, and strong public engagement in the policy issues affecting the world. The plan highlights three key themes for the school - sustainability, integrity, and capability.
